We would like to thank all our clients for their continued support and understanding during the covid-19 pandemic.

On June 1st 2020, we will start the slow transition back to normal operations.

Phase two- We will be allowing clients into the building. However, to stay in compliance with the recommendations put forth by governor Cuomo, we will allow ONE CLIENTS into our facilities PER ROOM, to increase the chances of social distancing.

1- All Clients entering the building MUST BE WEARING A MASK PROPERLY.

2- We ask that you practice social distancing.

3- One Client Per Room.

4- We ask you that you call to check-in or pick up medications. (716)-992-3477.

5- One way traffic in the building.

6- No clients will be allowed in the lobby. Doors will remain locked at this time.

We ask you to be patient, as we are doing everything in our power to protect our staff, clients and patients. If you are in a rush or can't be patient we ask that you be kind to our staff. they are doing their best to be efficient and provide the best care possible. If you are in a rush or can't be patient we ask you to please come back at a later time or date but be aware that we are in this together.

Please note that we ask you to come in at least one hour prior to closing time. Depending on the case load, or severity of the cases we are seeing, we may ask you to come at a later date, or charge an after hours fee if we stay past closing time, even if you arrive during that one hour window before actual posted close times.

The Corona Virus has been difficult for all of us to navigate through, but we can do this together. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
